Staff were always pleasant and polite.
Their computer skills seemed very good.
Communication of my shed requirements were frustrating however.......numerous repeated misunderstanding of details such as dimensions, alignment, location. Also some chopping and changing between various staff members meant re checking and updating the latest corrections.
The wrong contact number was given for me originally and despite a few requests to change it, remained in the system and on some printouts until the end (as well as the correct number in some instances).
So,after12 months from my initial enquiry for my shed(s). I finally have it in my possession.
Now the wait for erection of it........3 months I'm told by contractor! Also, getting in touch by phone with the Murray Bridge store was sometimes difficult.

I looked through stratco’s brochure went on line (easy site to use) placed my order on the product I wanted and had it on my door step within 4days GREAT EXPERIENCE and so simple I had it put together and in place within 5 days off ordering

I visited the Dandenong store and spoke to David, who showed me some roofing options. He agreed to send me a quote via email for two specific jobs. About a week later, I only received a quote for one job lot. I visited the store a second time and asked if he would send me the outstanding quote, to which he agreed he would. I never received the quote, and I will not be visiting the store for a third time. This level of service is consistent with prior experiences of requesting quotes online. What a shame. I would not like to be the store owner with this style of customer neglect costing me business.

Been ‘waiting’ October/November for someone to travel from Busselton to Dunsborough to service our electric outdoor roof louvers . Had to agree in writing to an exorbitant call out fee at the time with no time given. But honestly did not think it would 6 months.
Provided all needed details ….. ITS APRIL and we have not heard a peep.
Did remind them before Christmas with no reply.
They may be great for other things but don’t get the electric outdoor / rain sensored louvre ,because if anything happens they don’t come to fix them. Even got an electrician in but he wouldn’t even look at it. If ANY one has another suggestion would love to hear.

We had two patios and decking installed thru Stratco Kunda Park. This seemed to be a rushed job before and after Christmas. Our Main back patio was measured wrong by half a metre thus the deck goes past the roofing each side of the house.They replaced the downpipe that had our solar water overflow connected into it ,didn't replace this and it now drips onto the timber decking. Instead of putting the rear downpipe on the end of the pergola they put it halfway. When it rains we have leaks where they haven't sealed the roof on to the house ,a lot of the screws aren't below the timber and to top it off after being told they had free access to the toilet they were caught in the garden. Sorry but wouldn't recommend Stratco or have them build anything for us again.

Purchased several decorative Pandana screens for my garden online for click and collect. Order confirmed within minutes of placing order and was ready for collection a few hours later. Lady in store was so lovely, friendly and extremely helpful. I didn’t have to lift a finger, my order was trolleyed out to my car and placed in back. Screens are gorgeous, excellent quality at a very good price. Highly recommend Stratco Mandurah. Great job guys 👍

Staff Were Very Helpful.
On Saturday, 01/03/25, my husband and I were at the Gepps Cross store. We were so busy that we didn’t realize our little boy had an accident there.
The staff were incredibly helpful. Rachel, who was at the counter, kindly assisted my son in cleaning up the mess, which I truly didn’t expect. My husband noticed that she wasn’t trained in First Aid, but despite that, she handled the situation amazingly.
I would like to express my gratitude for the excellent service, especially to Rachel, for her quick and caring response.
Well done, Rachel, and thank you once again to the staff at Stratco Gepps Cross!

Ordered an outdoor setting and while i havent openend or assembled it, i want to say their delivery driver is a star. Delivered it up our driveway on hand cart and placed the boxes out of the weather. Just amazing. Thanks!

After a very negative experience with the preferred Stratco installer who installed a side access gate that was incorrectly measured and poorly installed, I would like to personally thank Lucas O'neill for his prompt response to our recent review. Not only was he proactive on the situation, but, took ownership and quickly opened lines of communication with me and attended the property at the earliest available time. After inspection of the work done he committed to a response and delivered. He offered full replacement of the product and engaged installers Peter and Cameron who completed the job yesterday with 100% satisfaction.

Steve from ferntree gully Stratco was so helpful . He knew a lot about the products I was after and also gave me different ideas how I could do my task at hand . His customer service was fantastic and he was very polite. I felt he treated me like apart of the stratco family more so than just a customer.
