Incompetent mechanics. AVOID!!!
After 9 weeks of trying they still failed to repair the mechanical fault on our Q8 under warranty. Had the car sent to Audi Grimsby and it was repaired and returned in 5 days.

Media disc removed and now lost after service. (probably stolen by by a sneaky and complicit service team.
No paperwork provided for the service work carried out at collection.
They never call back after contacting them by telephone.

Go to Leeds for a better customer experience
I went to Audi MCR with the intention of buying a Q3. I was asked a series of questions re budget, to be told my expectations were too high. He asked would I consider anything else to which I said I wasn't sure as I loved the Q3. I then was made to feel unwelcomed and stupid to be honest. The sales exec said there's nothing he can do and walked away, leaving me sat at his desk, clearly knowing I was there to buy a car. I took my business to Leeds Audi who were nothing but efficient, worked with my budget and were extremely welcoming. The handover was completed today on my new A3. Leeds Audi now have several new customers thanks to my recommendation.
