Stratstone - BMW Chesterfield Opiniones 

My car developed a fault at the weekend. BMW assist attended and diagnosed the fault who then arranged for my vehicle to be repaired at Stratstone Chesterfield. Stratstone staff contacted me Monday, confirmed the repair, I delivered the car, picked up a loan car and my car was fixed including a free health check. Overall...a great service.

Just purchased my first Electric Mini from Stratstone Chesterfield it’s absolutely amazing .
The service from Hannah from start to finish was exemplary.
I would like to say a huge thank you to Hannah and the whole team for there attention to detail that has made the whole process a very positive one .

Excellent, outstanding service from Sales - particularly Hannah Gadsby. Unfortunately my beloved 4yrs old Mini was written off following an unfortunate incident with flood water! Hannah rose to the challenge and searched through stock to locate a suitable car - I settled for another Pepper White 1.5 Cooper Sport - a little younger than dear departed. I had reservations re the colour as it didn’t feel like a ‘change’. Checking with the insurance company I realised that the cost of insuring the 2.0 Sport was insignificant. I contacted Hannah, cancelled the Pepper White. She led me outside and waiting on the forecourt was my used red peril - love at first sight and it ticked ALL of my boxes!! Hannah took charge of the transaction and within 48 hours I drove her away. Hannah kept in touch throughout and I felt part of the process. She guided me through transferring funds to retaining my personal plate. Thank you so much Hannah for being there when I needed a guiding hand to connect me with the right car.

D. Lewis is the man in the workshop has forgotten more about how BMW works than most BMW franchises. If you take your car for the first time just ask for Mr. Lewis to look after your beloved vehicle. He is worth 6 stars.

Fast, friendly and professional service

Zoe was great in helping me book a time slot and also in helping to arrange new tyres which we discovered were required during the recall. Zoe was not pushy in anyway which is refreshing and the price for each tyre was better than black circles. Thanks for a good experience

Booked a full service and health check for my mini, service was quick with a follow up email & video link to confirm the health check, good price too and even washed my car for me, very happy with the service, printouts to confirm the service history also - will use again.
