Really happy with the service and staff love my new car would highly recommend Bmw Stratstone Doncaster

Recently purchased a M3Touring in September, Luke from Sales was great throughout the process. Everything was streamlined and not pushy at all.

I want to pass on my experience with BMW Stratstone of Doncaster with my recent M5 purchase.
Luke handled everything between myself and the finance progress throughout. Always on hand with any questions and quick to action them as well as keeping me informed.
Even after my purchase he made sure that I was fully satisfied with the car and on hand with any car setup advice.

Never lets down

I went to Doncaster Stratstone BMW today as my car was booked in for MOT, service and to diagnose a fault appearing on my dashboard.
When I was called to collect my vehicle, I attended 40mins after the call, to which my car was dirty inside and out (despite complementary vallet) when I turned the car on the fault was still showing and staff confirmed they hadn’t looked at the fault due to this being missed on their job sheet. 2.5 hours waiting for them to plug it in and look at it, they gave an excuse that it’s because a new windscreen has been fitted and that this is the reason for the fault. They during this 2 hours still did not clean my car for me and I witnessed all the customers collecting the car receive goody bags and lovely service, while I was treat like a second class citizen.
Luckily my car is due to be returned this week and I have purchased a new vehicle from another brand. I will not offer my custom to BMW again.
Interestingly I was also told as an apology that an email would be sent to me so that I could get my car cleaned elsewhere at there expense. As I’m sure you can guess I am still awaiting this email, but am not holding my breath.
In conclusion, I have never ever been made to feel the way I have today by any company, like a burden and annoyance to them, despite all I wanted was what I was told I’d receive.
Very disappointing.
