Refreshingly honest approach to car sales. Prompt responses to emails and genuine advice in terms of accessories/add-ons. We bought 2 new cars off them at same time and felt valued and appreciated. Reception staff very friendly and attentive as well which all added to the experience. Would buy from here again.

Ali & Dan should be flipping burgers to drunk people outside a nightclub at 2am. They have no place in a Porsche dealership.
111 Pre-checks..... that's a laugh. We've pointed out several issue that were ticketed as part of the inspection. Lazy & disrespectful
Carrie & Sam 10/10. They were both great and clearly embarrassed at what happened.
Buy a car from ebay. You can probably trust it more
UPDATE.
Due to the way the car was funded a sum of money was due back to me upon collection of the car. Sadly the dealership failed on this point and I've had to take legal action for recovery of my debt.
Instead of a big fat apology I've received intimidation and a counterclaim where they are threatening action against me.
A truly classless act.

Fantastic Customer Service (Stockport Porsche)
Everytime i head to the Porsche Garage in Stockport i look forward to the warm welcome. The ladies on the front desk are just so lovely and they make the best coffee and always look after me. Sometimes my kids even ask to come with me just so that they can have the red velvet cake!
The service team are great, even when there is an issue they find a solution to get me on my way.

Easy booking
Easy booking, work done on time.
Steve and the team booked my MOT in, told me how long it would be, took the car in, walked me round the car for its healthcheck, did the MOT and valeted it all within the estimated time whilst I waited.
Excellent service, will be back for future service requirements for all my cars.

I requested a call back, which never happened.
My Car was not ready when promised and not communicated in time.
I was offered a free Valet, The Car was just washed and not Valeted.

Panamera Launch Event
Having attended the Panamera launch event last night I would like to congratulate Porsche Centre Stockport for a very enjoyable experience.
I found the staff extremely courteous, professional and helpful in particular Sue Gordon and Sam Seddon.
I currently have both a 911 Targa and a Macan and will be switching from my current dealership to Stockport for all my future service requirements based on last nights' experience.
