So I have used this company many times the first timei didn't received what I was expecting so I did the usual thing of emailing and telling them I was disappointed, I got a reply for the wonderful Brittany she was so helpful and sent me pictures of the different options of what I ordered, I got to pick what ones I liked and I received this order very fast afterwards. I have then returned many times and had the same outstanding service. I couldn't recommend this company anymore they are always helpful well Brittany especially. Any bad service will be a one off and if that happens get in touch and they will definitely not let you down. Just placed another order and cannot wait to see what I have picked in the flesh. Great service once again!!!

Excellent service. Ordered right on the next day delivery cut-off time, received an email 4 minutes later to say order was dispatched, arrived the next morning. Products great as always. Doesn't get any better than that!

First review I've ever written because their customer service has been so top-notch.

Ordered a pair of gemstone plugs (which were shipped same day and arrived within 24h) which have a lot of natural variation in the colour. When they arrived, they weren't the colour I had expected and was concerned that I had been sent the wrong ones so got in touch and had a response within 24h. Had been sent the right ones but they had another pair in stock which were more the colour I wanted, and they were sent out as a replacement.

Easily could have told me to get in the bin and that that's the risk you take with natural stones, but instead they could not have been any more helpful and accommodating.

I recently placed an order for a stretching kit, and when delivered I realised there was a taper missing.

However, within 24 hours of emailing then over the issue, a replacement is being sent out. Great customer support and will definitely be ordering with them again!

Shocking.

I haven't got my order yet so I can not comment on the product, but the last time I ordered something that didn't come with tracking option was 10 years ago. Considering how much issues nowadays customers have with conny delivery drivers and companies and other issues like lost and stolen packages I'd expect this to be tracked. I'm very disappointed I cannot follow where my parcel is and it's a massive deal for me so immediately I cannot give a good feedback to this company..

Update.
I was lucky my partner was off work on the day of delivery so I received the package very quickly.
Product is good and well packed, all individually with sizes sticked on. Little measuring card included too.

So far I'm happy with the product. I would still advise company to do tracked deliveries, because from my personal experience with deliveries to my area If it was left outside it would be stolen and if it was kept in delivery office I wouldn't know because I never get missed delivery card and the item would most likely get returned to the sender.
I'd like to order more from this company but now that I know I can't track my products I would have to rethink the decision.

Brilliant selection, so good for starting stretching from scratch and it’s so easy. Such good quality and the best value for money out of other sites I’ve looked at. They’ll have your order shipped and delivered in 2-3 days it’s brilliant considering most places take ages to ship these days.

i literally never write trust pilot reviews but this company is compelling me to let you know how great it is. i always get my parcels either the day after ordering or the day after that AND they're always such good quality ! i've now bought around 7 different things from them and there's nothing i don't like. i'm extremely sensitive to impure jewellery but all their stuff is high quality and it appears a lot of it is hypoallergenic. after i got blowout on one of my ears from the first time i tried stretching (never EVER go to amazon trust me) i bought their glass plug stretching kit and followed their advice on the website. not only has my ear healed, but it only took around 2 months for it to be fine, which is crazy considering it was extremely painful and swollen and now just stretched like a normal ear. to cut a long story short, they have a lifelong customer in me and i literally made an order before doing this review so im gonna wait for that to arrive :)
