Havnt received my order which was placed on 23 rd May

Tried to return a faulty item. Initially recieved a message asking how i prefered to return the item royal mail or hermes. When i replyed i heard nothing further despite repeated messages on chat and email.

It wasn’t immediately clear that the item was being posted from china. As a consequence it took a long time to arrive. However, customer support was quick to reply when I enquired about the lack of delivery after 15 days and were very helpful

I only got to use this once 2 weeks ago, wish I would of checked it when I bought it last year, charge it put it on bottle the thing wouldn't turn off choose what I tried, it now in the bin ,

The water dispenser was defective and despite sending a email to complain I've had no reply. It emptied 4 litres of water into my worktop and floor so not happy.

I never received what I ordered and they don’t answer calls or emails. So they have basically just taken my money. Do not use this company.

Absolutely horrible clothing falling apart and bobbly within two weeks of wearing … no reply when asking how to return wouldn’t buy from them again

Slow to reply to email advising Royal Mail tracking info wasn’t accurate. Was resolved after the Christmas break but item arrived too late for Christmas & over 3weeks after I placed the order. Still waiting on 1item which I wasn’t aware was coming from overseas

Package arrived on time and happy with the service and Item .

One of the items arrived faulty,a replacement was offered, but preferred to return both items one of which was not faulty. Delivery times are rather long and would probably not have ordered, although this is stated on the website but I hadn;t checked. Items are returned at the cost of the customer but the refund was processed promptly.

Excellent service and great products. Customer service very good and queries or issues are answered and sorted straight away. Will use again. Thank you for the great products so far.

Fantastic service throughout, I have ordered many things from here for both myself and my father. All items deliver within the given time frame.
