Sun-hat Villas & Resorts Opiniones

We have used Sunhat now for the last several years. They have delivered on some superb Vila’s and have always been super helpful and responsive. This a very friendly and professional company that we will always use for future holidays.

A 10/10 experience this company is so professional the communication is of the highest standard from enquiring about a villa to booking the villa nothing is too much trouble I would book with no one else amazing and make you feel reassured and happy to answer any questions at all you have to ask thankyou guys .

This company is so efficient they were able to get me a villa for me and my family for the dates I needed which was beautiful and exceptional value. They kept in touch throughout the booking process and throughout the whole holiday so everything went so smoothly. I cant thank them enough and will definitely be using them again. Brilliant company. Super personal service, and they do exactly what they say they will. Nothing was too much trouble.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Palmyra Resort, and I can't say enough about how amazing my experience was! The resort offers a perfect blend of luxury and comfort, creating an idyllic getaway. The accommodations were spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay.

The stunning views from our room were breathtaking, and the resort's amenities were top-notch. From the serene pools to the well-maintained gardens, every aspect of the property exuded tranquility.

We felt safe and looked after throughout our time at Palmyra Resort, which truly enhanced our experience. It was the perfect setting for a lovely holiday, and we are already planning our return! Highly recommend this gem for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy a beautiful getaway.

We have booked our holidays in Portugal with Sun-hat Villas for the past few years. They provide an excellent service and nothing is too much trouble.

It was our 3rd year in a row booking with Sun-Hat.

Professional and efficient

Hilghy recommend

This was our second villa booking in VDL with Sunhat and they were amazing once again. Had a couple of minor issues whilst there but they were always available even on a Sunday. Villas exactly as per brochure so we would have no problem recommending and using again.

We hired a villa in Vale do Lobo through Sun Hat, booking was easy, all information clearly given.
We arrived to find a lovely clean villa with information pack.
I needed to contact Charlie our rep on a couple of occasions and I have to say she was exceptionally helpful and very quick to respond.
We had a great holiday and would definitely book through Sun Hat Villas again.

We’ve been using sun-hat for several years now and they are always excellent. From the quality of the villas to the fantastic customer service, it’s always a stress free holiday.

Wouldn't hesitate to recommend. They do exactly as they say they will, courteous and professional. The app is easy to use and the support fantatstic.

A real pleasure to book with Sun-hat Villas for an amazing villa in Tuscany. The booking process was clear and easy and all enquiries dealt with so quickly and fully. The villa was incredible, exactly as promised with no hidden costs or issues. The full deposit was returned promptly on our return. The best holiday agent we have used - will definitely book through Sun-hat from now on. Thank you.

Lovely Villa in great location. UK support for the booking was excellent. Would recommend Sun-Hat for Algarve villas.

Everything was great and professional. we look forward to repeat

By far the best agent we have booked with in the past 12 years. Already booked with SunHat for next year and will recommend highly to anyone looking for great choice and great service

Ann in UK was very helpful in booking. Company very responsive by email and phone to any queries. Apartment was great, reps very helpful and we had a great holiday in Encosta do Lago. We would definitely consider booking again.

I've been booking holidays with Ann in Sun-hat for many years and they are extremely helpful and professional. They make booking a holiday so easy and couldn't be nicer and more efficient.

Fantastic company, highly recommend

Excellent service pre during and post holiday .
Highly recommend this company .

This was our first time booking through Sun-hat and they were really helpful and efficient from start to finish. Previously we have rented through Airbnb and Vrbo but this was a different level of service, from the information brochure we were sent, to the in-resort rep who came to check in on us after we arrived and was on hand to help with a couple of queries we had. The villa in Portugal was as described - clean, well-equipped, in a convenient location and with a lovely outdoor pool area with stunning sea views. Cleaners came in twice a week and the pool maintenance guys every couple of days. Our key deposit was returned to us promptly. Would definitely book through this company again.
