I have had several deposits and withdrawals over the last few years. These last two withdrawals were the most difficult and painful. Not only do they set you up for failure by offering multiple free chips in a row but I won $100 in one of the free tournaments and when I went to do a bitcoin withdrawal it was approved and I waited several days before contacting customer service again. This is absolutely the worst casino on the Internet. They will not pay you and I'm wondering why they are even allowed to exist. There must be a way to sue them and get them shut down. If they are allowed to operate in America they should be made to follow the rules.

I've tried to withdraw from this casino twice with no success and before I even made the verification litecoin deposit I contacted customer service to make sure it would go through and they ensured it would as long as I submitted all the proper documents, which I did.
