It's not everyday that one decides to buy a 6 x3 metre Sun Room. I carefully researched 4 Companies and Sunspaces were streets ahead. Firstly, their brochure was superb, secondly the Sales Rep. Luke Watling was both knowledgable and highly professional with a nice approach. Throughout the lead period we were kept informed by General Manager Gerwyn Jones and project coordinator Mike Colston.But best of all was the quality of the German product. It was outstanding. and then to the installers. I would like to give John and his team 6 stars but have to contain myself to 5 stars. Each component fitted like a glove and the finished installation was top class. Anyone considering a Sun Room will not go far wrong with Sunspaces.

Great service from start to finish from Dimitar to Michael and especially the Sunspaces installtion team! any niggles were sorted out promptly! very happy with Sun Room in terms of quality and inparticular how they engineered it to fit off a slanted room 'perfect'.
Would highly recomend to anyone who's seriously looking for a quality Sun Room!!

Our sunroom needed a ceiling light repair.This necessitated being on the roof for 1 hour to rewire.Neil carried out this in the pouring rain yesterday.He got soaked but did not complain.Top class service.

Really happy with my new veranda! The whole process was smooth from start to finish, and the team did a fantastic job with the installation. Great communication throughout and everyone was friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend!

We had four quotes for a glass sunroom. Only two reached our quality expectations with SunSpaces being well ahead of another company who quoted at twice the price. Our experience was very good. The product is first class. The installation team were great craftsmen, friendly and accommodating.
We would strongly recommend SunSpaces for design, quality and value.

I would absolutely recommend Sunspaces for a sunroom. They have been excellent throughout from initial contact through to the finishing touches of the installation. The design was perfect and managed some funnies of our house with not problem. The support from the sales and office team was excellent. The guys that did the installation- Jamie and Chris - were fantastic, very experienced, respectful and good fun to have around! They went the extra mile despite it being very hot! The result looks stunning and we are really happy!! I wish there were more than 5 stars! :-)

Very impressive on both the final product and the Sunspaces team work. To start with, the sales manager, Dimitar, was professional, efficient and cared about the needs of his customers. He could offer practical advice and catered for changes made by customers. Following the planning and ordering stages, there came the installation part which was coordinated smoothly by Michael , the operation manager, who tried his efforts to make prompt replies and sort problems out. Next, the actual installation carried out for my sunroom was Chris and Jamie. They were friendly, helpful , punctual and very patient in answering questions. Their craftsmanship was highly commendable and so was their attitude towards work. I remembered the first day they started work was experiencing heat wave in London. It was really a great pleasure to have them working around my house. Lastly, the office staff, Melissa was very responsive in handling the collection of work waste at the last stage of the whole project.
Apart from the human side, the part stunned me most is the attractive outlook of the completed sunroom, the high quality of the product elevates my house. It also allows me to get a better access of my garden. In short, the final creation was far better than I expected.

The service from initial survey to installation of our sunspace was excellent. Communication throughout the process made me feel confident in our decision to use sunspace. The install team were friendly and did a brilliant job of installing, no mess, they were efficient and friendly. Very professional.
Overall nothing was too much for the staff at this company. The price was very reasonable too in comparison to other quotations i had. I am so glad I chose sunspace and i love my sun canopy. It looks amazing and will give us years of pleasure

Chris and Jamie were great, their work was excellent and they cleared up after themselves and took away all of the crates and packaging, they were nice chaps, polite and friendly. All in all a great job well done!

We bought a large verandah from sunspaces and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish . Clear communication with sound advice given at initial site visit, followed by several phone conversations to establish dates and to discuss any modifications . There was a delay mid installation due to the supply company making a mistake with the glass panels . Eventual installation was completed over 3 days by an excellent team of installers who happily worked through wind and rain . Chris Jamie and co did a great job and we are very happy with the result .
Based on our experience you can buy with confidence from this company .

From the initial sales contact through to the excellent installation team and everything in between we’ve been very happy with Sunspaces. The pricing was competitive and the product itself (the sunroom) seems very good quality and nicely detailed.

A few weeks after the sunroom and decking was installed, the edging of the decking had completely fallen away from two of the steps making it very unsafe. I had reported the issue on numerous occasions but three months later, I am still waiting for them to assess and repair. What I hoped to be a lovely place to sit and relax in has turned into an unsightly view and a hazardous walk to the garden. Whilst I continue to wait for a date for repair, a recommendation to improve their communication skills would not go amiss.

We are really pleased with our new verandah roof. The brochure photographs do not do it justice, as it looks so much better in real life.
Based on quotes from other Companies, we found it to be excellent value for money and has completely transformed the space. The customer service throughout was fantastic—friendly, helpful, and very professional from start to finish, as were the fitters. I would highly recommend this company to anyone considering a verandah.
