Won over £3000 went to withdraw only to be sent an email a couple of days later saying basically that they won't pay me out as I had accepted a bonus and was using a low risk strategy!
Spoke to customer service and their attitude was a disgrace,

Placed a £9 bet bigest bet number on the board was no 3 i had £1 split on 0 & 3 and 3 & 6 and a dosen low bets around landed in no 3 then it decided to pay back my stake of £9 which i should have won £36 so i have emailed them i guess i wont see that all guys becuase they will probs say u didint press spin aculay i did on the 20seconds so if i dont get my pay out winnings il make sure i recieve it back becuase i have a family member who works in the british gaming sevices and he helped thousands of people get there claims what they are due back from online betting companies

Terrible site ! totally rigged slot machines played through £900 without a bonus the only time it paid the bonus was for 20p bets when betting £8-£10 nothing and the bonus runs pay small amounts, I had also self excluded on one account but was allowed to use it again and had also set a limit of £100 a week, to my surprise i was allowed to open another account and play as much as I liked ! after contacting was told no way I was getting a refund even though it breaches the responsible gambling policy they have in place they also said they could not find two accounts but then I sent evidence and they found it ! never got the chance to withdraw but can imagine what it would be like do not sign up and throw your money away as you will not see it back ! I bet if i won they would have found the second account easy enough and took it all back, avoid this scam casino you will not win !!!!

Granted me a bonus that I didn't even want or ask for, then because I did what they don't want their customers to do, win, they refused to allow me to withdraw my £1000 winnings. This was despite me meeting the wagering demands of the bonus. Their reasoning was that betting on mainly red or black is somehow 'minimal risk' betting, even though the odds of you winning are slightly less than half. Waste of time, would never give this scam of a company the time of day again and will advise everyone against ever using them.

Please I do not normally complain about anything but I must inform potential customers of avoiding this site no only do they not pay you winnings they block you and then when you contact them they say they don't have you on your system and pass you from personal to person costing you money on phone

I made a bet which was successfully confirmed, had good internet connection - the works. Luckily for me the bet came in and I should have won £750. Once the result came in the system had a glinch removed my higher bet and only paid out £51 to my horror I called immediately and the customer service is disgusting!!! The woman is rude, unhelpful and useless at her role.

I spoke with the manager and he claims there is nothing that can be done - not even out of courtesy! I am appauled!

don't go there I won £157 then because they say wagering time expired they just took it away so I wasted a few days trying to win jackpot 247 are true and the best they give you 30 days to wager the customer services are zero qualified especially one called Colin and the attitude stinks they take your money and keep your winnings so don't go there I've now cancelled the account and wont ever go there again.

Terrible customer service, lady was extremely unhelpful. I played Blackjack and they cheated me out of £10! Then refused to refund the money.

its obviously a system error so please stay away, this is obviously a scam as many other people seem to have the same problem with them not paying the right amount of money!

very unhelpful and did not have the slightest clue what was happening with the issues the website was having.
Very happy to let you deposit funds and take your money but not pay the correct amounts for your winnings.

i won big off the no deposit £10 and having played my bonus through the required times still had over £1000 withdrawable bonus. i had to make a nominal deposit of £10 but ro be fair i had no problem getting paid out. it proved to me the site isnt fixed. well worth a go.

ive never found a site so bad ive felt the need to write a review but super casino's customer service is disgraceful,usually i dont care for livechat as it is rare i need to use it anyway but the women i was on chat to was called LauraM and she had the worst attitude ive ever seen, she spoke like an absolute child trying to be a keyboard warrior. The rest of the site maybe decent but if you dont want to get cheek from some childish women who is ment to help i would avoid this site.

Generally the site is quite good and the online live casino is great BUT...
Customer service is terrible. Its like speaking to a robot when you call them they must be reading from a crib sheet in front of them. It also takes ages to withdraw winnings, waiting over 10 days now and for that reason I'm out.

After using the site for well over a year had an issue with my account, although this was resolved initially it re-occured again some weeks later, Support was next to useless telling me why it happened and no apology was ever forthcoming, further mails were bordering on the ridiculous, I have now taken my business elsewhere and would suggest you do the same.

I was recommended to Supercasino by a friend who had won a few times using it. I will now definitely be recommending it to my friends (and not just because I also won big!) Its loads of fun and and the live roulette tables are definitely worth a go!

The website has such a great selection of games and the play for free option allows you to 'try before you buy' which is great as there is such a massive choice. I suggest trying to the Live Roulette tables as they are by far the best you will find online. Overall, a great website and I made myself a nice few quid as well
