Superdry - Arndale Opiniones 

The ambience at Superdry was lovely and warm. The staff at the local store were friendly and eager to help. The items are of good quality, with several styles to suit different tastes. Prices are a little on the higher side, but that’s to be expected given the level of quality. Was a little disappointed that there were no Christmas/New Year discounts

The assistant who served me at Manchester’s arndale centre did not actually talk to me once during the whole sales transaction- he was completely silent- the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

Shop assistant Alex was absolutely nice. Great service there.

I can very picky with regards to how my clothes feel to wear, almost as much as how it looks. Not only am I fond of some of the styles of clothing Superdry sell but they are also very comfortable to wear.

Also will add that whenever purchasing the staff have always been super friendly and helpful.

I had bought two sizes online as coat sizes for Superdry are on the small side. Delivery was quick, I tried both products to see which fit best and returned the unwanted size to my nearest shop with zero fuss. Good service all round!

Early Christmas shopping trip to Manchester - 40+ miles away.
My jacket that I purchased had a security tag left on it. No sounds made when left store. I had to drive back to manchester the following day wasted fuel and Without realising the store has now closed down at Trafford centre. Our nearest now is Derby or the outlet stores. Then Manchester Centre arndale.
The jacket security was removed by another clothing store with the proof of my receipt.
To then find the jacket is now not worth the £99 I paid. Faulty and frayed on arms.
I have no way of contacting Superdry as the links on the website are invalid / error 404.
