Great customer service
The shorts that I wanted in a certain colour weren't in store in my size but the assistant ( manageress)? ordered them for me. She also ordered a pair of shorts that I had seen on sale online but wasn't sure about the fit. She was very helpful in saying that if I didn't like them I could bring them in to store for a full refund.

Just love the styles and range
I love the range of casual clothing at Superdry, the styles, the colours and the quality.
A little pricy at times but so be it.
The staff at the Basingstoke branch are unfailingly friendly, helpful and well-informed.

I needed clothes after losing weight
I needed new clothes as I have lost a significant amount of weight doing slimming world. I loathe shopping so adopt the magpie principle and pick up what I need then narrow down the selection. I saw what I needed, it fitted well and the ladies in the store were very helpful.
