Failed purchase but still took money.
I purchased a pair of shorts through their online system. It took my money and registered a sale, but did not send an email confirmation or my shorts. Still trying to get my money back after 7 days. Poor for a company of this size.

Store ordering
Absolutely great item. The let down was the process at the shop, where he put the wrong E-mail address .com and not .co.uk. After correcting this after the transaction and left the shop, we the discovered he put the alternative address wrong as we would be away on the expected delivery date. Luckily it came before we went away. A shame this process was the way it was. Maybe next time it would be better.

Unhelpful, unprofessional customer service.
I had purchased 5 garments in 2 days from Superdry online. Paying a delivery charge for each garnent to come separately, apart from 2 which I ordered together (same poloshirt size and colour).
I contacted Superdry customer services to enquire if I could amalgamate the separately deliveries into one, but the colleague, Phillipa who works on the phoneline for Superdry was more interested in her male friend who was constantly talking to her through the customer services phone call and so she was constantly giggling throughout the call, and offered me no solution, and totally was disinterested in the call.
Each garment was either delivered to my address or to the Bournemouth store, which meant I had the inconvenience of actually driving into town and pay car parking fees.
The unsuitable garment that I needed to return was only free to do so if I returned it and any other returns back to Bournemouth Superdry Store, drive my huge Range Rover Sports backwards and forwards into Bournemouth town centre, costing me in time, fuel, and parking costs.
The most unpleasant aspect of my experience is having to tolerate an unwillingness and lack of knowledge, and professionalism from supposed customer service staff.
