I like the quality. I just like my jacket a bit longer slightly more under the waist. Service really good and helpful.

Contacted the branch to see if they had a smaller size of jacket in stock and if so would they exchange for my online purchase. Member of staff checked the stock, confirmed it was available and that they would hold it for me and then swap the items. They also removed a shirt from the display model as the item wasn’t available from the shelf. Great customer service.

Exchanged a shirt for a different size. The young girl who served me was extremely polite and supremely proficient . My original purchase was online so I had ti wait for a refund but it came through within 2 days. Very pleased with the overall process and accomplished and professional staff.

Excellent help from the friendly sales staff

The shop was closed at 5pm. One hour before normal working day closing time. No notice on the website, no warning at all. I wasted all afternoon. Going to the shop took me over hour and I had to leave my work early. Just to see Superdry closed. Very disappointing.
