Bullring staff ,
My certain experience happened in Birmingham City Centre (Bullring). Where the staff literally don't care about the customer and they will make decision on behalf of you without even asking. They will mess up your entire day just because they don't know their own company policy about returns .The worst part is after making mistake they won't even say sorry and they gonna blame you for the mistake. Already have reported the incidence to the customer service but those two girls should give proper information about their own company policy ''again''.

Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. We always aim to offer the best service to our customers every time. Due to increasing costs for delivery and returns we have made the difficult decision to begin charging for delivery. We do offer Click and Collect as a free service subject to the item being available for delivery from our UK warehouse, however if it is being delivered from our warehouse in Belgium a delivery fee will apply. We do still currently offer a free return service for our customers. Thanks again for your review. Although we haven't met your expectations this time, we will strive to learn and improve.
