Had to exchange an Xmas gift, didn't have my size left in store but the man who served us was brilliant, sorted out the refund and ordered me the correct size to be delivered! Really great service.

Mannequin mystery…
My husband and I were looking for gifts in the sale and spotted some appropriate items on the mannequins, however we couldn't actually find these products in the store? We did purchase 2 hooded tops that were lovely but both thought it strange that the displayed items couldn't be easily located.

Friendly guy made my day!
The guy that served me was such a lovely guy! He was chatting to me and laughed at my ‘non-funny’ joke (not even my husband does that!) and it just made my morning after having to navigate through the drones of eejits doing their last minute Xmas shopping so I did appreciate a friendly face!
