Changing room was roped off.

Great experience
I was left to roam and browse without hassle or interference from staff members. As soon as I looked for help it was there and the help I received was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Excellent all round and I love my purchases.

Ordered a coat in store (Colchester)…
Ordered a coat in store (Colchester) that i had seen online. Lady in shop was helpful and explained the process (including trying on similar coats for size). Took minutes to order the coat and pay and 3 days later I had my coat.
