Superdry has odd expectations for their Customers.
The clothes are clearly meant for tall and skinny people, and the size gaps are way too large. Along with being way too expensive e.g. £60 for a crop top.

Superb Click and Collect in store
From order it online to collecting in store the experience was seem less the staff were wonderful and chatty and really made me feel welcome, which is not something I have ever experienced with click and collect.
I would not hesitate to order again, these guys are an absolute tribute to the company!

I had a very bad experience as I order a item off the website told me it would be delivered on the 10th of March at the store in crawley. When I went in the store I was told it was there and that they would call customer service to see whats happening and calk me that day . So I waited the whole day but heard nothing so I called the store next day and then was told the same thing but this time they would call me in 10 minutes so I again waited after 1 hour had past I call the store again and then was told they hadn't called as the was short staffed so by then I wasn't happy at all as I was just being fob off. So I ended getting intouch with customer services myself. I was very disappointed as I have always bought superdry clothing and coats but with the experience I had I don't think I will in future.
