Favourite clothing shop , clothes quality second to none

The staff was so sad to see the Dundee shop close the staff was excellent in what they did wish them all the luck

An outer zip broke on a jacket, very helpful, informative staff explained that with the receipt the jacket could be replaced or refunded given it was under a year old. Their no quibble warranty worked as advertised.

Customer service was exceptional. Bought an item in store for my date, and ordered an item for myself. Staff were brilliant. Returned a couple of days later for the item I ordered, same member of staff, fantastic service and chat. Friendly, knowledgeable, efficient.

The shop assistant was so friendly and helpful, the store didn’t have my size in the hoodie, so she offered to check online, then ordered it and had it sent to my home address. It arrived so quickly and is just great, cosy warm and good quality

I was intending to buy a jacket,Livingston store was £41,Edinburgh store was £84 and it wasn’t available in the Dundee store,I can’t believe there is such a price difference for the same jacket
