My parcel as explained by the lovely shop assistant arrived 2 days after ordering my items in the shop in Exeter.

I was not able to purchase vouchers in store due to the new introduction of a payment system & store manager was not able to support.
I ordered online yet have still not received the voucher as it needs to be signed for. As we have multiple appointments this is proving challenging. I specifically wanted the voucher for a physical gift.

Very pleasant staff ;online services timely; delivery efficient & refund , due to unavailability was timely too. Thank you.

Very slim fit as it was an xl not suitable at all very tight fitted for the size

Sadly I had to return the items as they did not fit, but the service throughout was exemplary.

Cracking shop defo must try everything on as there are size differences on the jackets so my xl on one jacket would be tight on another great quality

I ordered 2 pairs of trousers for home delivery and it’s been 2 weeks and no trousers delivered. They blame Evri for going on strike. I ordered the trousers for my partner for a Christening party and not having the trousers in time caused a lot of hassle.
