Stock of the item wasn’t out on the stock floor. The assistant brought multiple sizes for me to try and went back for more. She went above and beyond and was friendly throughout.

I found my perfect skinny black jeans and can't stop wearing them, perfect fit.
Usually skinny jeans are too tight around the hips but too loose at the waist, and they bunch up on the hips in an unflattering way. But with Superdry jeans, I’m really happy I found them

I like the range of jacket and t shirt…
I like the range of jacket and t shirt design. However my experience of purchase in store not quite accommodating because the time of payment at tills, the systems crashed and sales assistant not able to complete my purchase. Since I still like to have the items jackets and t shirt, we have to come back the next day to pay and collect. The items have been kept for us with notes and record. Just a bit of hassle to come back to the store.

Went in for a jacket that wasn’t released yet so I’ll be back for that one but ended up buying a sweatshirt and shirt. Both excellent quality as usual with Superdry. Very helpful staff and being an older guy, you don’t always get that from clothes shops.

Great Shopping Experience at Superdry Glasgow, City Centre
I had a really good experience at the Superdry store in Glasgow. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made the whole shopping trip easy and enjoyable. The store was well-organized, and I found exactly what I was looking for. Great customer service and quality products—I’ll definitely be back!

Rude & Disinterested server
Good product range but the attitude of the girl on the checkout was deplorable! I have shopped in superdry for years and the service received has made me rethink my loyalty. Rude and disinterested is an understatement!
