Nathan was our amazing sales person. He was so kind and extremely helpful. We were checking on the waterproof element of the coats being sold. He looked up every single coat with such patience, kindness and eagerness. So friendly. Makes shopping a joy and we would definitely return!

Online and store prices are different
Seen a dress online for £22 and called one of the store asked them if they’ve got it in stock! Very helpful assistant said they do and she will keep it aside for me. Had to drive to city centre to collect it however it was a marked (slightly on the bottom) however they offered me 20% off but it came to £24 and a bit and when I asked what’s the reason assistant explained their online prices could be different and the only thing she could do is match the price but she won’t be able to give extra discount for it being mark!!!!!! I understand is not the assistant fault it whoever in charge and I really like to find out why prices in store are different to prices on Superdry own website.

Service Experience
Arrangement of all apparel was done nicely. Staff was very friendly. Was not happy with the lighting inside the store, it was dark. Overall the service was great.

Staff in store very friendly and helpful , chatted away and also made time to chat with my brother who has special needs girl couldn't be more friendly . Need more staff like thos girl that served me .
