I visited my local store to buy a coat I had been eyeing up for a while. Received a friendly welcome just as I walked through the door. Had a few try ons but the coat I wanted was not in store. I went to a member of staff who checked the back for me but we ended up ordering it there and then on the staff iPad (which gave me free shipping!) and she was super helpful with ordering this. It came by Evri which was excellent for me so I could order it to a pick up point. The coat I ordered is absolutely brilliant, gorgeous material, well-made and very good value for money. It will last me years!
Very very pleased with the overall service and would recommend this store to everyone who is thinking of making a purchase.

Excellent service in store with very pleasant and efficient sales person. She ordered item for me online and it arrived within two oe three days.

Love shopping at superdry. Quality is so much better then any other brand. Mostly I buy new back packs or large hoodies. Since I'm fairly large , some things don't fit. Staff are all great at the store I go to. Very helpful. Happy with prices. You get what you pay for.

I collected an order from my local superdry store. Its a large, clean well set out store with so much to chose from. The reason for the four stars and not five is when I went into store stood by the till waiting to be served no staff were visible. I waited a good five minutes and then decide to explore the store in search of someone. The two very young staff were at the back of the store talking and attending to a rail of clothes. I asked "is anyone serving please" they just looked at me, followed me over to the tills and asked what I wanted. I explained here to collect an order and explained I was stood here for while before trying to find them. She didn't say anything, no sorry, just looked at me and went to get my order, handed it to me said nothing and I left. It was so rude and disappointing and no need, customer service needs to be taught and friendly is a must. Put me off going into store.

The staff were helpful and helpful but the item was on sale for 18.99 and they charge us full price and we didn't realise they charge us full price until we return home and was removing the label

Order on line fast delivery, item ordered were my usual size but when they arrived the items were to small ! Visited their shop in Hull and returned the items and received a full refund.

The quality of clothing is high, service is perfect. The only thing I am not happy with is that sizes run very small.

I haven't picked up my items yet. But I was disappointed to learn later that day that the items I just purchased in a physical Superdry shop (on sale, Kami jumpsuit and a checked coral warm shirt for women) were £15 cheaper online same sizes and all. Due to circumstances, I just returned the items to the shop and reordered them online instead. So I wasn't able to ask if they could match the price as it's the same shop. But I would have thought that the items would have had the same prize, no matter if I bought them online or in a shop. On sale I'd expect the opposite more (cheaper in shop than online)

Plenty of choice, good quality modern style clothing, no pushy sales people.

My experience in Superdry Hull is good. The counter clerk and ground staff are very helpful. They are courteous and helpful always willing to assist. I tried booking online and wanted to pick up from store to avoid the delivery charge, but could not. When I got to the store, they assisted me with the same thing I wanted because the prices in-store was slightly higher. The lady did it for me happily and promised the product will be delivered free of charge.

The delivery service was the only side that had issue but Superdry and her staff are excellent! Cheers
