Staff all poised to help in each area of the store, so you always feel acknowledged and not forgotten about. Friendly, covering all you could need, in a genuine way. I buy from time to time, always given good advice by great staff.

Staff in the Inverness store are always friendly and helpful. Unfortunately I had to return my recent purchase as the size came up very big. This would not deter me from shopping there again.

Found it a bit confusing how to do returns so ended up going to shop. Staff in Inverness shop really pleasant helpful and polite. Appreciated.

Bought green slim combat trousers , normally take a size 8 . Got size 26/30! Fit is perfect not too tight , just what I was looking for. Shop assistant very helpful in Inverness store . Not in stock so he ordered them to be delivered for free in Northern Ireland.. very efficient. Great experience
