Only sweater available in the correct size & colour damaged at store, staff arranged for home delivery from warehouse, usual practice is to reserve like goods for collection from store nearest where you reside.

Sadly I had to return my order due to order being very large. The lady at the store tried her best to find the correct size but to no avail. In brief she was very helpful, cool and co-operative and the return process was completed very smoothly and satisfying. It was a very positive experience. Thanks to her and Superdry team as a whole.
