Superdry - Leicester Opiniones 

I visited the leicester highcross store after an issue with an online order and the manager on duty Kim was most helpful. I can't say the same about your online support team, I sent them a complaint email last Saturday which I'm yet to receive a response to...thank god for the excellent service Kim provided.

Excellent service, so quick and professional. Returns are very straightforward too. The quality of the clothing is top. Reallly pleased

Ordered 2 sizes of the same item online - delivered together before the due date. Super easy to return the unwanted one to my nearest store in Leicester (the staff were very helpful). Completely hassle free shopping!

Ordered a bikini online and I always order an 8 bottom and 10 top but when I tried it on i would say the sizing is a little on the big side so I requested a refund which was done in store, quick and easy to do

Excellent customer service from store in Leicester Highcross, they ordered an item for me as my size wasn’t in stock, to be delivered to home address with no charge for delivery. Received within 2-3 days and very with purchase

Superdry lives up to its status as a true Brand, not just in the quality of its products and distinctive design but also in outstanding customer service. Having ordered online, I was disappointed to find the cargo shorts I had purchased were a bit too big. While I was in town I took the shorts back to the store where I found the next size down in stock and which fit me perfectly! The brilliant Associate swapped the product for me, completing the returns process on my behalf there and then and completing the sale of the replacement shorts. Seamless interaction between online and retail shop transactions - That’s how to look after your customer. Just brilliant!!

The item I wanted wasn't in stock in the store, so although my daughter got 10% off her top as it was in store, I couldn't get 10% off mine as I had to order it, which seems rather unfair! I was told I could take mine back to the store after home delivery to claim my 10% off - I would have had to pay to park my car to get 10% discount!!! - ridiculous!! Other than that, two great quality hoodies, thank you!

I received delivery of a duvet coat, and was shocked to find that it had been worn and returned by someone previously. Upon opening the parcel, the coat wasn’t in any sealed packaging, and smelt strange, which set alarm bells ringing. I checked it thoroughly and found dirty smudges around the pockets and up the middle of the coat. The inside cardboard tag was also marked. Coat had most definitely been worn - I was very annoyed that Returns staff failed to pick this up, and that Dispatch staff also thought the coat was in adequate condition to send to a customer. I stated Poor Quality and the above findings when completing the Return Form, but it was ignored anyway because when I received the Returns Received email it said the reason was Didn’t Fit Properly. I will be very wary of Superdry orders going forward!

Went into shop in Leicester, knew I wanted bright t shirts in a M. Fell in love and the lady in the store looked for the tops I wanted, then said I could order them for free to my home. They arrived really quickly and loved them all. Very happy.

Very helpful staff who were very informative on a certain item of clothing.
