Received the T Shirt on time , it’s a Birthday present for my Grandson I’m sure he will like it I’ve used Super Dry before and definitely recommend this site , love the paper bag it comes in.

Staff were friendly, helpful and helped me find exactly what I wanted including something I thought had been discontinued! Great customer service all round and particularly to the person who helped me. The products I purchased are excellent quality - so much so that I bought 4 in total!

Hi,
We are sorry to hear of your unhappiness with the sizing of our products.
As there are no official British guidelines on sizing, interpretations do vary between companies. Superdry is notoriously a slim fitting brand, which may mean that some customers do choose to go up a size compared to when they shop with other retailers.
It is also possible for two products of the same size to differ slightly in size depending on how each item is designed to fit. For example, two T-shirts in a size M will fit differently if one is a slim/tailored fit and the other is designed to be a box/baggy fit.
We still however want it to be easy for our customers to pick the right size for them, so we regularly run ‘fit’ sessions to ensure our sizing is consistent and in line with the rest of the market as possible. We also include a ‘fit finder’ on each product page on our website to help our customers pick the correct size when shopping online.
We welcome all customer feedback and appreciate that the time you have taken to review us. It is through feedback such as yours that we can address areas for improvement and continue to meet our customer’s needs.
