Very helpful staff, who gave detailed advice about the products. A lot of items to choose from, so delighted with the coat which was purchased. Good quality and fit.

I like the vibe you get in a superset store it’s different to most and the clothes are in a style I like staff are chilled which works for me

My coat was delivered faulty so I took it to the shop and they refunded me and then ordered me a new one , easy strait forward great service

As always quality coats. Bought ripstop mens coat as suffer from the cold and this was the ideal choice to keep me very warm while doing my school pickups. Website recommended size medium but from previous experience went for large and was perfect fit.

Ridiculous that the jacket was full price in store, reduced online, and instore they couldnt reduce the jacket to same price saying they didnt do that. No wonder the high street is going to hell. I obviously bought it online but if it wasnt free delivery you'd have lost a sale.

Went to the store and tried on the clothes so it was great to be able to see the fit and feel the material. Easy checkout experience.

I Ordered the jacket on line at the store, as they did not have the size in stock, with the help of a lovely young man, and had it delivered to the store

I love to shop in Superdry as I personally think the clothes are reasonably priced and well made.
Just a shame there’s not enough shops around as i think it’s better to see the clothes in person before you buy instead of on a laptop screen.

Awww, everyone was really lovely in the Newcastle branch of Superdry, so smiley and friendly. The boy who served me shared in my delight of me finding something that I really loved, which made buying the lovely jumper even more exciting!

Saw 2 jumpers I wanted online so I came into store as never saw size wise and had neither which was a bit gutting but ended up with a nice jumper
