Very helpful staff at the Ashford outlet store. Bought one jacket with a good discount. Ordering via branch was easy, for the item that was not in store and the parcel came quickly. Coat was perfect. Very good quality. Impressed by the whole experience. Will certainly shop here again.

Never bought anything from Superdry before, saw a shirt and a couple of pairs of shorts that I liked so thought why not give them a try. The only thing that put me off was that the store had very little room to move around in as it was very cluttered with stock and displays.

Great quality clothes but limited changing room facilities.

The staff in the store were exceptionally helpful. I enquired about a particular product and size which was out of stock but they encouraged me to order online which they performed on their store tablet with ease and a smile.

The product good but took a long time to pay It took about 5 minutes to pay for a pair of shoes the staff were not doing my purchase but doing other thing and I was just left waiting

Great store, wonderfully laid out and room to try the items on. The member of staff was helpful and polite.

Happy with goods purchased and staff but was not happy about a plant in a wooden tub hidden under a rail of clothes with the edge sticking out into the narrow gangway. My wife caught her leg on it and suffered a very sore shin and only just managed to save herself from falling on her face. It’s a bit of a silly place to have it.

Ordering online was easy and as I had items delivered to the local store I was able to go in and try them before taking them home. Staff in store were pleasant and helpful, and the return of the item I didn’t want was easy, with my account being refunded within 3 days.
