Superdry store at Gretna Green

Dropped into the Superdry store at Gretna Green. Was served by the Manager, an absolute joy, dealt with everything we needed. It was like having a shopping assistant. Highly knowledgeable.

Great customer service

We were greeted upon entering, then when we were looking for a size the lady approached and then found it for us and pointed out where the mirror was. We decided on taking the item and then when there wasn't a size out she checked to see if there were more. Very nice pleasant and helpful.

Brilliant Staff

The sales assistant in this store was probably one of the best assistant’s I have ever dealt with. Friendly and extremely helpful without being intrusive or annoying. Got great advice on sizes and styles and came away with exactly what I needed
