Staff (Ewan) super helpful and professional. Tried all avenues to rectify an issue (removing a factory tag). Unfortunately this was not possible and we could not purchase one item but he gave us lots of other possible options.
Love Supedry clothing will continue to make purchases.

Friendly staff, able to try on.

The service was good, due to too much stock and racking upstairs in the Gun Wharf branch, my wife walked into a bulk stack resulting in heavy bruising on right leg,mentioned to staff while purchasing at the till, they was to busy to help.

I found it difficult to identify the sizes, lots and lots of Small and X Small with the occasional larger sizes hidden in between. very nice clothing great environment.

Generally speaking the staff weren’t very welcoming or overly helpful at the Gunwharf store in Portsmouth. Especially when I asked one of them if they had a particular item in stock. She couldn’t walk away from me fast enough after her blunt answer. It must stress this complaint was over 2 separate visits in 2 weeks. The member of staff who served us at the till was alright. The others I was not so impressed with.

Website was easy to use to find what I wanted and to order it. Choice of delivery options including store pick up which I chose. The store pick up was quick and easy as you would expect but I did pick up just as the store opened on a weekday so the store was quiet.

Returned an online purchase as they didn’t fit and it was pretty straight forward as far as returns go :)
