Excellent service by someone who seemed to care
Girl who served us seemed to genuinely care, esp helpful when we mentioned about having zip problems with other coats in the past. Must have annoyed customers behind us as we took up a good few minutes of her time.
Well priced product.

Outlet review
Bought a hoodie for my daughter for college this autumn. A number of choices available, all soft and good designs. Eventually we chose an item that was a ‘second’ although can see no faults. Sizes may be limited at times (as it was my daughter wanted a larger size for comfort) but still a lower price than the main stores so very happy! Young lady on till was very friendly.
