The member of staff at Swansea store who served me was very polite and friendly; even my daughter commented on it. Clothes etc are of a good quality, however I find a bit on the expensive side.

The customer assistant was very helpful…
The customer assistant was very helpful and pleasant.
The store was laid out in a way that was easy to find what we were looking for.
Which is good as I wouldn’t want to stay too long because of the volume of the music!
Asking if the music could be turned down for everyone’s comfort we were told that they have no control over what was played nor volume.
That must be hard to work in.

Well they sent me a pair of jeans that were seconds....the stitching was unbelievable and missing the superdry logo on the back pocket,I had them send me another pair as they wernt to standard,the second pair arrived still no logo on the pocket will be semding them back today so 3rd tone lucky...,I bought exactly the same pair of jeans just a different colour,stitching was fine also had logo on back pocket,I'm starting to think that if u buy in the sales ,they send rejects

The staff at the swansea branch are always so helpful and never rush you. The store always has a good selection and if it’s not in stock they order it online with free home delivery. They also accept BlueLightCard which is a real bonus

Swansea Superdry store excellent service. We visited our local Superdry store on…
We visited our local Superdry store on Sunday as I had experienced a problem with a winter coat I had previously bought there. We were attended to by Elizabeth and what a fantastic ambassador she was for the company. She sorted out my problem in a very cheery and efficient manner much to my relief.
Full marks to Elizabeth and Superdry from one very satisfied customer.
