Great service for a faulty item.
Great website, easy to use, product that arrived faulty, so went to local branch and swapped it for a different coat, service was great, no stress no pressure just a simple process, with friendly and approachable staff.
A perfect example of how to look after a customer with an issue, thanks to the whole team at Teesside Park.

Brought my coat at LHA and got it sent…I’m jappy
Brought my coat at LHA and got it sent to my home, when I got back from holiday I had the coat but they sent the wrong size, I took it back to my local shop and they didn’t have it in store so they said they would send another one in the post. I waited for days for an Email from them but didn’t receive one so I phoned the shop and the young man I spoke to was fantastic, he sorted everything out and only had to wait a couple of days and I received my coat. Very happy 😃
