Bought nice skirt in the store. The only issue was that there was no one at the till at the back of the store had to walk back to the entrance to find someone.

Very worth its product and company policy

Clean inviting shop with tidy displays, most racks holding clothes in size order.

Availability of lady’s clothing nowhere else at Harlequin shopping mall
(Black low V cut lightweight cardigan, tight fitting)

Excellent service my the gentleman tat checkout, explained that the jacket comes with a 1 year warranty and even emailed the receipt to me, brilliant!

Empty store two ladies stood at the front
No one at the check out, waited a while and had to the front of the store to get someone to help, both just stood there chatting

When paying for the clothes in the shop, I asked for an emailed receipt. The assistant agreed then told me to put my email address in the till screen.
I am yet to receive my receipt, but I keep getting your marketing emails

Nice zip hoodie with arm stripes, not sure the fabrics are as good as quality as they used to be but it seems all retailers are presenting poorer quality fabrics these days unless you go higher end. Thought the store was lack luster in its visual merchandising of colour ranges and layout presentation... disappointing for your brand.

The jacket was damaged and they told me I had to go back to the original store I brought it from to speak to them and look at CCTV!!! Most worst customer service it’s like they make no money for them to not even refund or give a store credit!!!

Products can’t be tumble dried.
Trying on is a must as sizes vary.
I brought six T-Shirts, 4 in medium and two in large, as the sizing was different between different styles.
Happy with my purchases.
