One of the staff members was very helpful and took time to go and look for the specific product I needed and found it for me.
However when I wanted to pay there was nobody there and I waited quite a while. I went to ask a another staff member whether she could serve me and also about a 20% off I had seen for something I was buying and she got quite annoyed and said take me to the place you saw it as it shouldn't be there, I was not offered the discount even though it was advertised at the time. I ended up buying the product anyway but just found it a bit unpleasant to be spoken to so coldly after I had waited so long to be served. The other staff in there were more than pleasant and very helpful. Just goes to show how a good shopping experience can be ruined by one team member.

The young gentleman in this store was…
The young gentleman in this store was extremely helpful and helped me with my purchases and size we needed. He even tried a coat on for me to get the correct size. Nothing was too much trouble for him and I will definately be going back to this store in the near future.

Great jacket, but bigger than expected
The jacket I bought online is really good, but I had to replace it to a smaller size. Fortunately there was a nearby store stocking it so I could try it on and swap. They were really helpful and held it for me until I got there.
