Efter to ordre med hurtig levering, fin kvalitet og en stil, som jeg godt kan lide… så har jeg ikke rigtigt noget at klage over.

Det gik super nemt og levering lige til døren 4 dage efter bestilling. 👍

Dyr returservice
God webside, ok leveringstid.
Det er ikke godt at jeg skal betale returfragten, når den skal helt til Belgien, noget dyrt at få byttet en trøje. I forhold til konkurrenterne så er det ikke godt nok.

Poor return service.
Having in mind all webshops in general offer free return, i think the service here is a bit poor as I have to pay the shipping fee myself. Using the webshop being located in Denmark returning a shipment to Belgium (using mail) I do not have any time frame when to expect a replacement (other size)... These two services are handled better by other webshops

Slow delivery from website but return to shop service is good.
Delivery is a bit slow ordering from the website but service is good as can be.. Had to return a pair of trousers at their local store and they return is swift.
