extremely hard to find a piece
You are making great clothes. Yet it is painstakingly difficult to find one at your store. I bought one your T-shirt in another store and wanted to buy a few more of the same kind. The T-shirts I've found on your site looked identical - but it showed - they were of different cutting. So I had to return them. What is more -it is impossible to find the kind I'm looking for - there is no name (only numbers) on the insert of my T-shirt, and the Find mechanism at your store doesn't know it. And I'm not even sure if the same T-shirt doesn't exist already at your store or the Find command doesn't recognize it...

thank you for your feedback. A lot of places sell our items, but sometimes it might not be the exact same as the ones on our website. The numbers on the item are the item codes. I am sorry you were not satisfied with our delivery timeframe. I can see the promise date for the order was the 06th of July, and the item was delivered on the 04th. You should have been given an estimated delivery date at checkout.

I received the shorts with a security…
I received the shorts with a security clip that I can't take off the stationary store. I have made a complaint and there is no answer. I expected a completely different quality from such a reputable company.
