I called and asked a question and Daniel was so helpful to me at that time I promised I would called back and schedule my international trip for four people/ two couples with him and did just as promised just because he was so excellent.

Very friendly, knowledgeable, and accessible with the planning. Cruise/tour date is a few months away so we’re anticipating confirmation documents, advise/suggestions and actual trip will be just as reliable and smooth.

Elly was friendly, positive and helpful. Once we honed in on my needs, she was very persistent in tracking down a package that met my criteria, There was a bit of a lag after my initial request for help, but once we got going, the process was great. I would recommend SC&T to others.

For the most my experience was good but what Idon't like to is to be told the same thing over an over again like your deposit is nonrefundable it was said so much until I finally said I would not be booking this trip if I wanted to get a refund

Four Years ago she pulled a rabbit out of a hat to save a trip for 17 people that was compromised by a construction failure on a new resort. I look at her as an old friend, and Trust her results!.

On Friday, July 12, 2019, I wrote a review on Trust Pilot about how the poor communication of Superior Cruise and Travel led to a lot of extra costs and aggravation on my recent trip. Superior Cruise & Travel left me a voice mail and also sent me an email on July 12, 2019 that did not address the issues accurately, stating "I know exactly what you're trying to do." I was trying to resolve several matters. I was told that I was engaged in slander even though I provided them with documentation to support my concerns. I also posted a review here on Trust Pilot on Friday, July 12, 2019 that summarized my main concerns. This morning, July 16, 2019, I received a letter from an Albuquerque attorney (where I live) stating "We have forwarded these emails to the local Albuquerque authorities to investigate potential criminal activities. The owner of the company demands a complete withdraw of negative reviews within 24 hours otherwise a civil/criminal case will be filed with the local district attorneys office." I do not know where this company is based - that is to say, in which state their corporate offices are - since on July 10, 2019 "Superior Cruise and Travel" told me via their website's "chat" function, they would not provide to me the business address. I doubt Superior Cruise and Travel is based here in New Mexico, so I wonder how and why so quickly they located and hired local counsel?

I have withdrawn that review of July 12, 2019.

Wow - I just saw their strange response that I was "not a customer." How would they explain this confirmation of my trip (and my payment for it, of course)....

I have no intention of continuing this fight - they have enough bad reviews as it is.

Wanda Coat was wonderful. She listened to what kind of vacation I wanted and what activities that we could do. We are taking my 70 year old Dad to experience stuff on his bucket list. Hopefully we will have many more to go and do and see.

i have never used a travel agent, nor have I traveled abroad. When I called your company and talked to Sheryl, I knew instinctively that I was in great hands. What a spectacular person with whom to work! Right away she was excited about the trip that I described to her. Took my concerns and price point very seriously, and got right to work, coming up with fabulous ideas that were right in line with what I wanted. Can't wait to talk to her some more. Will definitely start saving for my next trip with Superior Cruise and Travel - and Shery!!

Daniel worked with my husband and I to plan 3 cruises with Carnival. His professionalism was exemplary. He went above and beyond what I would have expected in a travel agent. I will continue to use Daniel in our future cruises and will continue to refer him to our friends and family.

Mark was very quick to make our arrangements for our Alaska cruise .
The only thing is he told me we would not be able to get the extras showed on the web site that I found . They were offering 4 choices including free transportation to and from ship,a drink package, a free upgrade. and onboard credits. Still we booked since I did not want to have to do it my self. All in all we are happy with service this is our 3rd time using him and will do so again
