I spoke with nicest person named Sheryl. I called for a booking to Martha's Vineyard for a Girl's Trip. However, she informed of other options such as; the Grand Hotel on Mackinac Island, MI. I really appreciate the time she spent with me over the phone.

I was in a rush to put the pieces together for a last minute unplanned business trip so I googled for a travel agency as I was running out of time and Superior Cruise and Travel came up. Daniel answered the phone and within 15 minutes I had all reservations taken care of Plane/Car/and Hotel and everything went as planned

I worked with Mark to get pricing and book rooms for my sisters wedding. Mark was pleasant and quick to respond when I had to leave a message. He thoroughly explained all my options and made sure I understood exactly what I was booking.

Daniel was wonderful. We called him Friday afternoon about 3pm and he had me on a flight Saturday morning at 7 a.m. We also called him on Wednesday about changing my return flight on Thursday. Daniel was able to get it changed but. Unfortunately we didn't have the money to do so. Daniel was our first experience with a travel agent. He gave us excellent service and it was a wonderful experience. We will most definitely be calling Daniel in the future. Please and Thank you The Hardigree family
