I requested Fred from Superior Travel based off his amazing reviews. Fred was amazing! He planned me and my best friends 3 week euro trip and made transportation run smoothly as well as picked awesome hotel locations. Would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to plan a vacation-especially to Europe!

A superb vacation!! Jean was incredible- accommodating, helpfu, informative and professional. The entire crew of the Enchante was so much fun and made everything look seamless. Would highly recommend Jean and the Enchante!!

Our agent has been very responsive in respect to getting our travel plans established in both email and phone communications. We did have one problem we believe to be with Viking which was that they got my wife's name confused with another person, from another state, with the same name. It took many emails, phone calls and significant time to get this resolved, in order to get our reservations correct, but our agent stuck with it to bring it to conclusion. Since this was our first cruise with Viking this has been very frustrating!

Experience was horrible. I got the Norovirus and was only given credit for a future cruise. I wanted a monetary refund.

We have used Superior Cruise and Travel for years and they have provided us with the best vacations and service. We had two minor issues on two different trips and Fred took care of it within minutes. We like to travel all over in Europe and the UK and have recommended Superiorvto several other friends and associates. The agent was very excited to work with us before we paid our money for an Alaskan cruise. Once she booked our cruise was more reluctant on booking side trips. Did not use cruise airline so we stayed one day too long in Fairbanks. My husband caught she forgot to book us a place to stay so she paid for that. She also arranged for us to have a limo ride to the Vancouver airport but forgot to tell us.

We used this company when we visited Oahu, we didn’t want to rent a car and decided to book our outings and have them pick us up!
The drivers/guides were very nice and we reached all our destinations on time and we were dropped off as expected.
The wonderful lady that took us to Pearl Harbor was a gem! I’m sorry to say I can’t remember her name ( trip was a while back) but I do remember she was Miss Aloha years ago and was just a wonderful lady! Very, very nice, kept everyone engaged in conversation and I will look her up on our next visit!

I love this company. Every trip I've booked with them has went very well. There's only a one time fee instead of charging interest. Company allows you to make payments.

We upgraded from a balcony with an unabstructed view to a mini suite. While the suite was nice... we had no view of the water. We were clear of our desire to see the water from the balcony. The cruise line was apologetic however no suites with a water view were available. Superior Cruises and Travel line has yet to respond.
