Group trip to Banff with the Charlotte Ski club in late Feb. 2018. I was on the wait list and when they called me, they made it very easy to make the reservation in spite of the fact I opted for a room for my GF and I (slight misunderstanding on my part about the room availability) and they found one at the Moose lodge at the end of town. I also opted for a rental car instead of the shuttle from Calgary to Banff. They had no issues working with my special requests and providing me discounts/credits to make it very reasonable. The Moose Lodge was their reccomendation and it was nice too, we had an upper level room with a view and total privacy looking towards Norquay. I highly recommend Superior Cruise and Travel as a trusted tour operator!

My family and I went to Europe in September, 2017. Fred organized our entire 2 weeks in Ireland, Scotland, London and Paris - it was an amazing, perfect once-in-a-lifetime trip! I had contacted 2 other big-name travel agencies first and was very disappointed in their lack of response to my questions and the sense that they weren't really interested in what I wanted. HUGE difference when I emailed Superior Cruise - I had a phone call in less than 24 hours and constant communication. Fred wanted to know what we wanted to see and where we wanted to go, what our budget was, etc. He made us even more excited for our trip by telling us things he enjoyed and thought we would also. He planned our entire trip in a day or two and sent us tentative itineraries that we looked over and maybe changed one thing. He asked the right questions and planned a trip that all 4 of us were exited about. He came in $7,000 under our maximum budget and we stayed at 4-star luxurious hotels in beautiful and safe areas. Our trip included dinner in the Eiffel Tower, night cruise on the Seine, overnight stay in a castle, touring castles, Stonehenge tour, London museums, train trip along Ireland's coast, dinner/concert at the oldest pub in Dublin, est. 1198, plenty of free time/days, too many places to mention. It was the most remarkable and rewarding 2 weeks of my life and a memory our family will cherish forever. It would not have been so wonderful without Superior Cruise and Travel. We have recommended them to friends and will forever use them for our future travel adventures. THANK YOU!!!
