Three weeks ago I ordered poster print - I got triple charged - fair enough not the retailer’s fault. I have then messaged sales reps to resolve and was told first I wasnt charged at all - only when I came back to the email and sent screenshots of my bank account transactions the triple charge was aknowledged. I was told I would get refund and my order would be dispatched asap - still fair enough. 2 weeks of waiting - nothing arrived. I sent email to chase up the order - I was told my order got lost in the system due to the refund and would be printed and dispatched the same day. Parcel arrived, photo is damaged looking like sharp object went through the poster. I honestly have no words but will never ever deal with this company again. Cowboys.

I needed a cardboard cut out of one of the characters from my sister's new book. The team responded to my email query promptly and upon receipt of the artwork, they produced a fab life-size version. The illustrator of the book was so overjoyed when she saw it and 'he' (the cut-out) was was included in a lot of our photos. I will definitely recommend this service to others.

Doesn’t warn you if the photo quality is not good enough. The cut out came and is all pixelated and not ok for use at my 30th party. Really disappointed as was £65 to not be used.
When contacting customer service they were unhelpful. I am really upset as I now can’t afford a new one for my party.

I had 9 large dibond prints made up for an exhibition. BAD MISTAKE. I had lots of communication with the company before I committed as I wanted reassurance over quality. I was reassured every time that their 7-colour process would reproduce colours accurately and the quality would be great. When I tried to upload my images to their system it wouldn't allow me to as their file size maximum is 100MB. Again I consulted the company with concerns on print quality but was told that it would be fine even as low as 100dpi. I resized my images, they worked out at 140dpi at full size. The result: the prints are very dull, no colour saturation, they look semi black and white. There is visible banding due to printing with too small a file size.
When I highlighted my disappointment to the company they said they would investigate and get back to me. I'm still waiting, they have taken my money now so clearly don't give a monkey's.
I had a test print done at the same time by Pixart using the same file, it cost half as much and was very acceptable. More fool me for believing Supersize Print's hype.
Not a good company for large prints. Go elsewhere.

The worst e-commerce experience I have ever had.

Checkout is simply un-usable. Nice lady on the telephone tried to help but it was just not possible to place an order.

Weak, spurious excuses given for far-too-dark prints that are a long way from what I see on my regularly calibrated monitor. They are not a photolab, they say, so they do not check or adjust customer images, but a properly calibrated and profiled system should faithfully reproduce the customer's file without adjustment being necessary. Bottom line is that their T&C's let them off the hook if customers don't like their prints, even if faulty, apparently.

No interest in making things right but they're keeping my money! Perhaps not all their work is as bad as mine, but I wouldn't take the chance. Remember, folks, NO REFUNDS OR REPLACEMENTS.

I would not advise anyone to order from this company.
I ordered a life size cutout for my hen party.
When it arrived the print was awful you couldn't even see my fiancé's face!!
When I e mailed them to advise them and request a replacement they didn't even have the decency to e mail me back to rectify prior to my event.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
I have been buying print for over 20 years and the attitude of this company was astonishing. I ordered a canvas print and clearly one of the colours in their printer ran out during printing. They cannot have quality control as it was delivered with the image changing colour from top to bottom as the colour ran out. I raised the issue and it took them over a week to "investigate" and finally they said, "Printed correctly".
They are just a bunch of shysters who simply don't care when they foul things up.

Really impressed with the cutout we received. We wanted our US company owner to join as a 'dinner guest' to our UK work dinner - it was so realistic, they cutout the background chair, great print quality, packaging and super last minute request. HUGE thank you. The photos of her with the team at the table came out so well and looked so realistic - great fun. Would definitely use this company again. Thanks Carine

The worst company I have ever communicated with. Awful service and awful ethics

Do NOT order from this company. The print was printed on distorted cheap cardboard. Unhangable, unusable and zero response to emails to resolve. AVOID.

Giving this company a 1 star review is too good but no option for no stars. Where do I start, they printed my image totally out of proportion with some of the image cut off the side and top. Hardly ever answer emails but when they did blamed me although I proved to them the file I had and sent them was correct. I paid over £20 for one print that is no good and will have to go in the bin. I worked in print for over 20 years and have never seen such shabby work ever! They must not look at what they print is all I can say. They refused to put it right so now my daughter is so upset as the board was for her gender reveal party and it is ruined! No time to start again since they have took long to tell me they won't do anything about it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPAY!!!!!!

Outstanding service and quality. I have been a regular customer for over 3 months and they have been faultless. The reproduction onto 36x24 inch gloss or matt poster size is terrific. Delivery is usually DPD and has been very reliable. I will continue to be a customer. Many thanks.

Absolutely fantastic. For many years I worked as a graphic designer. I worked on many movie posters, DVD sleeves and film adverts back in the day. I wanted a 24" x 36" poster printed and I randomly picked these guys having never used them before. I know what I'm doing in Photoshop/InDesign and made sure the quality was good enough going in (although the file was in CMYK, I lazily didn't include document bleed -- a cardinal sin -- and they cropped far more than the 3mm they needed to expand things in order to rectify this -- however I consider this my fault for not supplying a ready-to-print document.)

The print quality itself was fantastic, as was the service. I was extremely happy with the end result and would definitely use them again (this time with the required bleed added). Highly recommended.

15/12/21 - Just received my 3 Duratran lightbox prints - I am delighted! First time I've purchased this type of print and am so pleased. Ordering process, delivery and packaging, all great. Based on my experience, highly recommended.

I'm giving two stars because my canvas did arrive on time and the packaging was brilliant! I wish I could find boxes that protected my canvases like theirs do.
I had ordered a large cotton canvas version of a painting of mine for a client. However, on removing the canvas from the box, the smell of chemicals was overpowering. I have had the same smell when ordering vinyl banners for events, and this was just as 'toxic'. I found this strange as I had specifically ordered a cotton canvas which in my experience does not smell. I have been assured by 'customer service' that this is normal due to the printing process but there is no way in hell that I can charge money for this and it is currently after 5 days of being unwrapped, stuck in my garage where I have been assured that the smell will fade. I cannot see anywhere on their website that the canvas (cotton remember) will hold a chemical odour. So I am out of pocket and stuck with something I can't do anything with. On raising it with the company the fact that they do not issue refunds or returns was reiterated, regardless of me spending money with them in good faith. Interesting to note that the only reviews I read were on their website which are all jolly 5 star ratings! Sometimes you just have to swallow the fact that your products are a disappointment to the few that have high expectations based on the things they read on their website! So a lesson learnt for sure!!! I won't be using them again or recommending their products to any professionals that are thinking of using them on a business basis.

I ordered 2 size A0 (so quite large) prints, and they turned out better than I was expecting! I used the heavy duty satin finish and am really impressed! The photos used were of very high quality taken by professional photographer which probably helped with the quality of picture.
I will definitely be using this company again! Thank you!

I ordered two very large prints on canvas roll, they were copies of art work, I had the photos taken professionally and uploaded to the site. I paid for same day dispatch as I needed them quickly, when they arrived (after a week as they weren't dispatched the same day nor the next) the prints were awful, at this point i was already behind schedule and decided to paint the pictures again.
I didnt complain at this point as I wondered if I had done something wrong on my side, so decided with the next two I will make 100% sure the photo quality was even better than the last. So I proceeded with the second order, same day dispatch, similar sizes etc. They didn't dispatch for 3 days!!, when the prints turned up they were even worse than the first batch so I called and was told to email.
I had previously.sent two emails about the same day shipping cost which they never replied too.
I sent an email.with photos and Nothing. I've sent more emails and they just get ignored. I've wasted 100s of pounds with this company. Their customer service is appaling as is the quality of their prints. I will never use them again and do not recommend them at all.

B2B - I will not be using this company again to outsource any work!

I have used this site twice now, first order was perfect.
Second order was supposed to be a cut out life sized stand however my customer received a board which was not cut out at all and had no back-stand.

After not getting any response from the customer service email I phoned up to a rude member of staff telling me ‘well I don’t deal with that it’s on email only, we will send you a new order out’

My customer then received a back-stand on its own with no new cut out at all?

What was she supposed to do cut the photo out herself and attach the back-stand?
They have offered a credit note however because THEY got the order wrong twice, the birthday has now been and gone so why would she want another board, she wants a refund but now I am being ignored!

You advertise a fully functional product however this is not the case and your customer service is awful.

I will never be using this company again for any of my cut out orders!

I have been using Supersize Prints for many years and would not even dream of going anywhere else now... Their service is excellent and their quality has always been fabulous. As part of my work as a pro-photographer I often get asked to prepare prints, especially on Acrylic, for many of my corporate customers. Some of these are very challenging to print (a lot of night-time architectural scenes or products shot sitting on black glass with subtle reflections etc.) and the team always manage to get the best results possible for me. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
