Super zufrieden, mit der Abwicklung, dem Service und Qualität der Fahrräder. Letztes Jahr für 4 Monate ein Power 7 gemietet und dieses Jahr wieder. Ich habe kein Auto und benutze es zusammen mit der Bahn als Transportmittel. Mein kleiner Hund ist immer mit dabei, vorne im Korb.

the bike I rented was in perfect condition, never had any issues with it. If you need sometimes they are always available to help you.

Top Service, schnelle, einfache Absucklung

Guys at the rental station were super. The Swapfiets customer service number was amazingly useless at resolving our account issues, but the guys at the store went out of their way to figure it out. They were very competent and friendly, despite the fact that they were being abused by numerous rude food delivery guys who were trying to get their bikes fixed/rented/adjusted. The Swapfiets guys handled the situation very professionally.

Mein Fahrradsitz ist vor einem Monat kaputt gegangen, und ich bin zur Firma gegangen, und einer der Mitarbeiter hat den Fahrradsitz ausgetauscht. Heute ist das Fahrrad mit mir kaputt gegangen, und ich bin zur Firma gegangen, um es zu reparieren. Ich hatte eine große Störung auf dem Sitz, und zwei kleine, ich weiß nicht, wie sie auf Deutsch heißen. Die Mitarbeiterin sagte mir, dies sei das zweite Mal, dass Sie das Fahrrad innerhalb eines Monats repariert. In dem Wissen, dass ich das Fahrrad vor zwei Monaten gemietet habe. Ich spreche ein wenig deutsch. Seine Worte waren hart und nervig. Nein, der Mitarbeiter hat das Fahrrad ausgetauscht. Er hat mir ein gutes Fahrrad gegeben. Ich habe der Firma einen Stern gegeben und es hat mehr verdient. Ich bewerte es mit viereinhalb Sternen. Aber sein Wert ist ein Stern, damit jeder, der es interessiert, es lesen kann. Danke an die Firma und die Mitarbeiter. Und ein besonderer Dank an den Mitarbeiter, der das Fahrrad für mich ersetzt hat. Ich weiß nicht, dass sie das Fahrrad jedes Mal reparieren müssen, wenn es kaputt geht oder alle zwei Monate, aber es ist normal, dass das Fahrrad kaputt geht. Weil es nicht aufhört, und die meisten, die es für die Arbeit mieten, sind wie ich: Es funktioniert das ganze Jahr über

Es hat alles wunderbar geklappt. Das Fahrrad war top und das Personal sehr freundlich. Immer wieder gerne ein Fahrrad von swapfiets 😊👍🏻!!!

Sehr freundlicher und kompetenter Mitarbeiter, der mir das Rad übergeben hat.
Das Rad ist mir leider trotz der niedrigsten Sitzhöhe etwas zu hoch - ich muss beim Stehenbleiben vom Rad steigen. Das ist das einzige Manko für mich:)

I love your service and your bikes – they are the best! I had one during my Erasmus in Leipzig 4 years ago, and now I have one for my Erasmus in Vienna. I hope that one day you'll be in my hometown, Prague too :))!

لقد تعطلت دراجتي بل الكامل ولم تعدتعمل ذهبت بها الي المتجر واخبرته وبنفس الدقيقة استلم دراجتي وسلمني دراجة اخرا علي وجه السرعة
اناانصح به وتعامل جيد من قبل العمال هناك

You say service support in two days, they say it will be fixed next week. They also don't say how much it will cost. You say that if the bike is stolen, you will pay 22 euros, but you say that even though I have delivered the bike, it may cost up to 220 euros. I brought the battery. There is only one person working in your workplace and he calls his supervisor on the phone and asks. I work at Mjam. I will cancel my contract as soon as possible and tell my new friends to stay away from you.
