Lovely birthday gift
I bought this gift for my daughter and she was very pleased with it. Nice packaging, so it makes the gift look special. My only negative would be that I was expecting a pot and spatula in the set to apply the clay mask ( as shown on the pics). However the items in the set look really nice.

Some of our creams come in glass packaging and in order to protect them from being smashed in the post (which has happened a lot to us in the past!) we do have to package them very well in bubble wrap. The packaging chips are fully biodegradable and will melt when they come into contact with water. We do not have any smaller sized boxes as they are the right size for the rest of our larger products.

Loved their DIY lipbalm kit - awesome Xmas present for my gf!
I'll keep this short and sweet. Found their website when looking for DIY lipbalm kits; thought I would get one for my girlfriend since she likes making stuff. She absolutely loved it. The product was great and the instructions were concise. The delivery arrived on time as well so all is good. If there's one area where they could perhaps improve on, it's with customer communication. They never replied to my post-purchase enquiries (asking for delivery details/ tracking numbers etc) but since the product arrived on time, I am not as annoyed as I otherwise would be. Overall, would recommend them to other customers.
