The service I have received since beginning my children’s swimming lessons is absolutely appalling. The company are continuing to take money via direct debit even though they have assured me 3 times that it will no longer be taken. The swimming teacher that we’ve had was off for 6 consecutive weeks over the summer, and we were offered nothing else. What started as a short intensive block of swimming lessons, has turned into a nightmare of money being taken and no lessons to show for it. Every time I call staff are extremely unhelpful, promising to call back, and then nothing. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

My Teacher Poppy is very nice plenty of patience and we have a good ubderstanding. I used to swim lost my nerve as left my gym for 6 yrs.

The instructor made it very welcoming and was helpful in me feeling comfortable in the pool.

Ben has been a great swim instructor for myself and my son who is on the autism spectrum. He is very patient and very good at explaining techniques to you. I have also seen my son get more confident in the water. I will highly recommend SwimNow and Ben for anyone considering learning how to swim.

My son has been learning to swim with Elise for almost a year and I cannot believe how much progress he’s made. We took him on holiday in June and for the first time he didn’t need a buoyancy vest. It took my older two boys a good couple of years, with a different swim school, to get to this stage. Really impressed, and Elise is a great teacher.

I have had a fantastic experience with my swimming instructor, Shamah. She is patient, professional, friendly and very encouraging. She makes every lesson enjoyable and creates a relaxed environment, which has really helped build confidence in the water.

I have seen an improvement in my swimming ability and technique since having lessons with Shamah. She is always supportive and takes the time to explain everything clearly.

I would highly recommend Shamah to anyone looking for a fantastic swimming instructor. She is brilliant at what she does, and I am very happy with the progress I have made so far!

I would recommend Asal because I am an adult beginner and I am petrified of swimming, she made me feel at ease and is very patient and caring towards me which gives me the confidence to do well.
It is very important to have a good swimming instructor which I know I got.

I recommend Abby in Milton Keynes. She is incredibly patient, encouraging and professional and makes every lesson enjoyable. Her clear instructions and positive attitude has really helped me with my confidence in the pool. A fantastic teacher who I would recommend to anyone wanting to learn to swim or just improve their swimming skills.

Shamah and Liam were both excellent teachers for our 9 and 12 year olds. They adapted the lesson to match our kids abilities on this crash course so that both kids developed their skills and had good fun.

I highly recommend Elyse from swim in Banantyne , Milton Keynes.When I first started, I was very scared of the water and had very little confidence in swimming. She has been incredibly patient, understanding and supportive throughout my lessons. She listens to my concerns and always adapts the lessons to suit my individual needs and comfort level.
Thanks to her encouragement and guidance, I have gained much more confidence in the water and feel that I am making real progress. Elyse creates a calm and supportive environment, which has helped me overcome some of my fears. I’m very grateful for her patience and would definitely recommend her to anyone who is nervous or afraid of the water.

Jason is a Great instructor updated about progress every lesson and would highly recommend.Without swim now our son still would be not able to swim even though we tried over time ourselves to learn him. I would definitely recommend 1-1 swimming lessons for anyone needing to learn.

After decades of avoiding the water due to poor breathing, neck pain, and a total lack of confidence, I saw a Facebook post for Swim Now and booked 6 sessions at Bannatyne Health Club &Spa in Milton Keynes.
My instructor, Elyse, completely changed everything for me. She is incredibly patient, highly encouraging, and gently pushed me out of my comfort zone. By the end of my very first lesson, I was breathing easily and feeling confident!
She clearly explained proper breaststroke techniques and corrected my old habits. Now, my confidence and coordination grow with every session, and I even enjoy practicing on my own.

My daughter and I had swimming lessons with Nina at the Everlast gym/Leisure centre in Pytchley , Kettering.

Nina is a great swimming teacher with calm and gentle approach and temperament. She is patient and very encouraging.

Nina will work with you at your pace but also ensuring that you are getting your money’s worth.

With both improved our swimming technique within a couple of weeks of lessons with Nina.

I've been really impressed with my children's swimming lessons with Swim Now. They were easy to arrange at a time that worked best for us. They love Ben their swimming instructor and look forward to going to their lesson each week. Ben is really knowledgeable and patient with them and really great with my daughter who has additional needs. They really trust him. He always provides an update on their progress at the end of each lesson and they're making lots of progress. Glad we made the switch from another provider.
