Abi has been fantastic building our daughter’s confidence in the water. We are so pleased with how far she has come. Abi is calm and patient and really encourages our daughter to push herself, whilst at the same time making the lessons really fun.

We had lessons with Josh in Glasgow at the doubletree. Josh was our son’s second teacher, and his first experience was not as positive - he would cry in lessons, developed a fear of putting his face in water, etc. after one lesson with Josh his confidence was completely restored. Josh’s quiet but confident manner as well as his calming presence meant that within no time our son was confident enough to push his abilities- within 8 weeks of 1:1 lessons he was swimming. We are now in france on holiday and the confidence in the water is growing daily ! I highly recommend a short sharp set of 1:1 lessons to give you kids the confidence to then thrive !!

Swim now is a great place that has taught our children to swim. The instructors have been great with how they explain, encourage and give them confidence with their swimming. Currently we have Jason as our children’s instructor who is brilliant with them. Great energy and great fun for the kids to get the most from their lesson. 100% recommend if you're looking for encouragement and confidence to swim

Jason is a great teacher and motivator. While I can swim, my technique was very poor but in a few weeks it has improved, so much so I managed 0.56 miles in 40 minutes 👍🏻

My trainer is Jason. He is very supportive and the classes have been really effective for me. I am a beginner and initially I had very low confidence. He gave me the confidence I needed. I was not confident to float and thought I couldn’t swim at all. But after just a few sessions, he made me believe I can do it. Now I am making great progress, and his guidance and feedback have helped me a lot. Thank you, Jason🙏🏻

The company deserves zero stars. As students we have a 7 day notice period for cancellations or changes, however the teachers can either give less than an hours notice or not turn up at all! One teacher injured himself 6 days prior to my lesson and texted me an hour beforehand to cancel, despite knowing for days that he would not be able to teach. Today, the teacher didn't even bother turning up. No phone calls from Swim Now or anyone. I'm taking legal action to recover my money.

Poppy is an amazing teacher. She is really kind and encouraging, while also being really focussed on building confidence and technique. My daughter was very nervous about the water when she started lessons and now she's a confident and capable swimmer. 1-1 lessons, with a dedicated lane in the pool mean she's progressed really quickly without the distractions of a group lesson.

Ian has worked wonders! Our son is neurodivergent and hated water - he wouldn't even have his hair washed in the bath. So we worried that he wouldn't be able to take part in school swimming lessons in Year 5.

Ian supported him 1-to-1 over the Summer, and for over a year since then. Now our son is swimming better than I can!

Ian is patient, kind, and understanding. He helps my son learn to swim at his own pace, building his confidence, and making it fun. That's not easy!

We feel so lucky and grateful that we came across Swim Now, and especially that we found Ian as the perfect teacher for our son.

Great swimming lesson!the instructor (Jason) was incredibly patient, encouraging and knowledgeable, making the session both fun and productive. As someone who was afraid of water I feel much more confident in the water and looking forward to my next lesson!
Also the swimming facilities are always clean and well maintained which made the experience even comfortable. I highly recommend this place.

A very understanding swimming teacher has helped me conquer my fear of open water. She has put no pressure on me and has patiently watched and helped as my confidence slowly grows. I am now starting to enjoy swimming and hope to complete this task with the help of a great teacher

My daughter used to attend group swimming lessons with another company, but after months of trying, she wasn’t progressing. She spent a large part of each lesson just standing in the pool watching others.Switching to private lessons with Swim Now — and especially with Ian — has made a huge difference. Her progress has sped up, her technique has improved, and she finally feels challenged in a positive way. I can see how much satisfaction and confidence this brings her.
One of the biggest advantages has been Ian’s ability to tailor each lesson to her specific needs. Ian explains things in a way she understands, and he’s helped her feel comfortable with strokes she previously struggled with. His mix of professionalism, encouragement and fun creates a great atmosphere for learning. Yes, the lessons are more expensive than some alternatives, but the quality and results make it absolutely worth it.

Our 8 year old son has been having lessons with Jamie in Skelmersdale, and we are so pleased with how he has progressed. Our son has gone from being very nervous in the water to having so much confidence and absolutely loving his weekly lessons with Jamie. I can’t recommend Jamie enough.

July is an excellent swimming instructor. She is patient, professional, and explains techniques clearly, making lessons enjoyable and easy to follow. She creates a supportive environment that helps swimmers build confidence and improve their skills. I would highly recommend July from Swim Now to anyone looking to learn swimming or develop their technique further.

Easy to sign up. Had 3 different instructors and July has been the best in improving my confidence in water and working on my techniques. I noticed I have improved.
It is quite expensive but I think it is worth the money.
