Sabrina (maids vale branch) is a wonderful instructor, professional and friendly, my daughter has come on leaps and bounds on a life saving skill of swimming/floating.

Swim Now is fantastic overall & I would never consider going anywhere else, or recommending another place to learn how to swim. My coach Sabrina is fantastic. She’s kind, patient, funny, and always shows up ready to make you the best swimmer you can possibly be. The swimming experiences she’s had in her personal life makes her the best teacher you could ask for. Sabrina makes each lesson fun, goes at your own pace, and never fails to make you feel comfortable. She’s one in a million and makes me look forward to both of our swimming lessons each week!

I would highly recommend Swim Now, especially my coach, Sabrina.

The whole process was really easy from the start. It was simple to find Swim Now online, booking was straightforward, and I liked that I could have a trial session before committing to regular lessons. One thing to be aware of is that there is a minimum 3-month commitment when you sign up, but after that you can cancel if you wish.

Sabrina has been an amazing coach. She always sends me a text a few days before each lesson to remind me about my session, and if someone cancels before my slot, she'll let me know in case I'd like to come earlier, which I really appreciate.

The biggest difference has been my confidence in the water. Sabrina took me right back to the basics, focusing on breathing correctly and learning to float. She helped me understand exactly why I was sinking and running out of breath, rather than just trying to teach me to swim. She constantly watches my technique, gives clear feedback, and explains what I need to improve.

I've never felt this confident in the water before. I'm no longer afraid to put my face in the water or practise my breathing, which is something I never thought I'd say. I still have a little way to go before I can swim confidently, but I truly believe Sabrina will get me there.

On top of being a fantastic teacher, she's also really friendly and funny. She chats with you during the lesson, which helps you relax and makes every session enjoyable.

I can't wait for my next lesson with Sabrina!

I’ve had a fantastic experience learning to swim with Sabrina. She is incredibly patient, professional, and supportive, always taking the time to explain techniques clearly and helping me build my confidence in the water. Every lesson is well structured, encouraging, and enjoyable.

My instructor is Jason. I lack confidence in the water and Jason has been helping me with that and also the flaws in technique. Even after 2 sessions with Jason I am feeling far more relaxed in water and starting to really enjoy swimming. Jason is very patient and has a great way of describing techniques in a way anyone can understand them he also takes time to walk through any areas for improvement, how to achieve goals and during the sessions sets realistic goals. I cannot recommend him enough

I had 6 hours of adult swim lessons with Meryl in the Filton branch and she was brilliant! Even from the taster lesson I felt more comfortable and confident in the water. She’s taught me many things that I never thought I’d be able to do and has helped me improve bad swimming habits. I can’t recommend enough!

Won’t give one star if I had the option! taking them to consumer protection as they have no ambitions to even respond to sorting refund after mis treating my Sen kids.STAY AWAY

I accepted these lesson are very expensive and as a result I expected a high quality of service, consistent lessons with a consistent teacher, their main selling point.

We signed up for a three month sessions. First three weeks, we had one lesson, two were cancelled, one 30 minutes before the lesson. This is not consistent teaching, this is not high quality teaching and this is not what we were sold, a breach of their promise and absolutely not the standard of provision we were sold. We were told their teacher needs to change, again we were sold consistency of a teacher.

I did manage to get a full refund and the direct debit cancelled, for which I am greatful. But this was only after a lot of phone calls. I understand staff may not be reliable, but as a paying customer this is not my problem to solve. I expect to have the option of a full refund because the service that I paid for was not provided - this is what happens with any business and I should not have to fight when they haven’t provided their service.

Coach Max has been excellent. My son has improved significantly, and we are extremely pleased with the progress he has made.

The experience I have received has been amazing. My instructor, Jason, in Liverpool has been excellent. He is very patient and adjusts his teaching to make it easier for you to understand. My confidence has grown so much in such a short space of time and I feel the improvements every session.

SwimNow has also been great, they get back to you quickly and resolve issues promptly. My best recommendations.

My daughter wasn’t accepted into competitive swimming after her first assessment because she needed to improve some techniques. After three months of private lessons at Swim Now, her confidence and technique improved so much that she was accepted at her reassessment.

Asal has been an amazing swimming teacher. My daughters are quite shy, but she put them at ease from the very first lesson. She made the sessions fun and engaging, and the girls absolutely loved going. Their confidence has grown so quickly thanks to her warm and encouraging approach. We highly recommend her!

Abby is a great instructor. Im quite confident in the pool now. She and I would have conversations so my lessons were quite enjoyable.

I found Swim Now easy to book and the man on the phone was friendly and helpful. I had my lesson at Oulton Hall and very much enjoyed the pleasant surroundings. Claudia was a warm and friendly person and put me at ease as I was rather nervous about perfecting my front crawl as I had not done the stroke in years. Claudia looked at my stroke and advised me how to move (especially my legs) so my legs could contribute to my moving through the water without the arms doing all the work. I would recommend Swim Now. I would use Swim Now again without doubt if I need their further help or needed to perfect any other stroke. I did think I would have to give up swimming as I only did breast stroke and suffered a lot of knee pain after swimming breaststroke due to knee problems. I never thought I would learn front crawl.

I just wanted to quickly review how brilliant Abby is. My boys have both come such a long way since starting lessons with her, and they LOVE them. She makes it so fun, and is so brilliant with them, and making them feel safe, engaged, and enjoying learning an important skill.
