I wrongfully ordered a small spring for my SAK Scissors (not thinking there are different sizes). I had the part delivered and obviously it didn't fit. So I phoned swisstools and they were quick to help sort my problem out even though it was my fault. I am still waiting for the replacement part but the wrong part that I ordered seems of very high quality.

An item was missing from the order, and they've repeatedly ignored attempts to contact them about it, both via the contact form on their website and by direct email.

Fast delivery next buissnes day everything was delivered in prestigious condition might not be the cheapest but you paying for quality

I recently picked up a Fieldmaster Swiss Army Knife from Swisstool, and I couldn't be happier with the whole experience. The level of customisation on offer is genuinely impressive—being able to choose different coloured scales, add a sharpening stone, and even go for the “ultra” upgrade really made the difference. I went with the classic red because I love that timeless Swiss Army Knife look, and added the ballpoint pen and stainless steel pin, which make it feel like the perfect everyday carry for me.

My son has always wanted a Swiss Army Knife, he will be 13 in December and we have a plan to start fishing in the spring.
I found this great website "Swisstool", so I purchased a Knife for him and had it ingraved with his name.
It came in the post in no time and it was fabulous, he's name was ingraved beautifully on both sides.
My son will Love it

Received the Swiss Army knife but could not open the various tools easily. As per the companies T&C, I contacted them within 7 days to say I wanted to return it. I’ve now completed the contact form and sent two emails but no reply so far. I can’t return the knife as I very much doubt I’ll receive a refund. I would not recommend this company, there isn’t as far as I can tell, a straight forward returns policy just complicated terms and conditions. Very poor customer service.

'Climber' knife ordered with personalisation - simple to do on website, plenty of fonts and spacing options. Delivered well-packaged a few days later. Gift for my daughter, should now be the first item she packs on her travels!

I was little worried after placing order and not getting confirmation, so I called the company a couple of days later and spoke to Steven who was extremely helpful, he sent the email again which went straight into my junk folder of outlook. He checked into my order which was in the process of being made and 2 days later I've received my order which is perfect. I'd recommend them happily.

Item not delivered. No response from seller. I'd avoid as I'll try chargeback on card.

Similar to another reviewer, I also ordered a penknife for a present. They took my money, emailed to confirm and then nothing. Despite me phoning and emailing, couldn't get hold of anyone.

I have disputed the charge with my bank, and they are now investigating. I suggest anyone in the same position do the same, and also let Victorinox know that one of their Approved Stockists is taking money and not despatching goods.
